INFORMATION VENDORFLOCK COLLECTS

• Information from Your profile including, but not limited to, details about Your vending type, description of what you vend, as well as photos and videos. Adding certain content, like photos or videos, may give Vendorflock access to Your camera or photo album. You consent to Vendorflock collecting and processing all information
• Payment information that You provide through paid subscriptions and purchases made directly from WTBDS including, but not limited to Your debit or credit card number.
• Any information You provide when You contact the Vendorflock customer service team. Your interactions with Customer Service may be monitored and recorded for training purposes.
• Information You provide about other people to Vendorflock.
• Information from Your chats with other Users as well as the content You publish, as part of the operation of the services.

Information From Others:

• Information provided by other Users about You.
• Information from Your social media accounts if You choose to login to Vendorflock using one of these accounts.
• Information from partner websites including, but not limited to, information about the success of a Vendorflock’s advertising campaign on their website.

Information From Your Use of the Website:

• Information about Your activity on the Website and how You use the Website, including, but not limited to what features of the Website You use, Your searches, Your login times, what links and advertisements You click on, and how You interact with other Users.
• Information from and about the devices You use to access the Vendorflock Website including:
  • Hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs (such as Google’s AAID and Apple’s IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that You can reset by going into Your device’ settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify Your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address);

AGE POLICY

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Vendorflock will retain Your information until You delete Your account. Your information will be deleted or anonymized upon deletion of Your account or after two years of continuous inactivity, except in the following circumstances:

• To be used to resolve any outstanding issues, claims or disputes;

Note about retention. Vendorflock cannot promise that all information will be deleted within the allotted time frames due to technical constraints.

For example, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your contact information or vendor type. It just wouldn’t make sense…
